  • Personalised items:
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made items unless they are faulty.
  • Non-personalised items:
    We accept returns on all non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Faulty or damaged items:
    If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return postage:
    Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
